I have been renting from Enterprise for years in different locations but the Customer Service in this location was awesome. I will definitely rent from them again. I said 4 stars because evertime I rent from here they never have the car I want that's online. But overall they make it up with some other up-to-date date car.

Careful doing business with Enterprise. They will demand the car back as quick as they get you one. Your good if insurance is paying for but the minute you have to start paying the attitudes change. Good Luck

I have been a enterprise customer for years and through those years I've come across some of the best customer service and staff as well as some not so good.  As of now the entire staff including the manager could use a course in customer service Kevonte M. and his staff are by far the worst staff I've come across in a long time.

The customer service at this site is AWESOME. All questions were answered , the price was reasonable and Mr. Tobias took time to go over the unique instructions that made the car unique!! I will always book my reservations at this site because of the attention to detail is IMPECABLE!!!

After an accident I needed a car on a Monday.  Enterprise was very helpful and had one for me to pick up that afternoon.  They did not have a large vehicle at that time but was able to locate a Tahoe for me later in the week.  Their staff was so efficient and very kind about my needs.  I was in the office in Griffin, GA a few times and noticed they work hard keeping their customers happy.  I have done business with them in the past and will in the future if needed..  I will certainly refer them to anyone looking to rent a car.  They were wonderful!!
