On the day of my rental I was told that their was a shortage of inventory in the region.  I was a little concerned but Eric pulled some strings and actually upgraded my rental for free. My family was able to make a trip to the Miranda Lambert concert in Charleston and the weekend was a blast! Many thanks to the store manager Eric!

Horrible service the assistant manager I think his name was Kyle was rude to me my sister and her husband then the manager hung up on her husband. I will never try rent a car here again I have been up there twice and both times they failed to tell me what I actually needed to get a car so I finally got every thing and they told me that they couldn't get a car because I am under 21 and didn't have full coverage despite the fact that the insurance of the people who were at fault already had reservations for me. I understand this is their policy but they could have told me this on the phone before I even went up there. Waste of time and money I'll get a u haul to drive before I go there again sorry for the rediciously long review

I have rented from this location several times.  The people are courteous and efficient.  The process is easy and relatively quick.  The cars are clean and new.  My car is 20 years old and has over 200K on it.  It is refreshing, when traveling long distance with the family, to drive a nice new vehicle and not have to worry about hearing the Queen yell due to a breakdown. LOL.  Twice I have received free upgrades because the vehicle class I reserved, weeks in advance, was not available upon my scheduled arrival.  On my last visit I got a downgrade.  I had reserved a FULL SIZE and was paired with a Chevy Malibu.  Chevrolet classes the Malibu as a MID-SIZE vehicle.  HOWEVER, it worked out fine, we made do, and I was not disappointed, though I wish the cars came with Owner's Manuals as the Malibu had features I was unfamiliar with.  Anyway, I will continue to use Enterprise, and recommend them highly.  I feel that Enterprise will take care of any issue that arises with my rental and THAT is good piece of mind.

P.S.  When reserving on line it would be helpful if the total price shown would include the required deposit.  It might help those who think they are going to pay the shown price only to have the deposit added at the desk.
