Very poor service I was very upset with the outcome here I had made a reservation on Jan 30 to pick up a 15 passanger van on the app on my phone with said that the van was available for those dates I also called a member there and they told me to come in a couple days ahead of time to pay my deposit and I received a email confirmation on my reservation. I want in to this location to pay my deposit like I was told to but upon arrival I was told that the van I had a reservation for was not Available because mercer university had them reserved oh how they pissed me off I was like why was I told to come pay me deposit and got an email confirmation if it was not available I should had got a call to inform me rite no I did not the only thing I got was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT because I had did this way ahead of time and I did not get nothing telling me any different what if I had waited until the day of my family trip that would have been the worst thing ever but I left and ask God to make away for me and my family to make this trip and he answered I call another enterprise up the road @3096-c riverside drive Macon Georgia who took care of me the same day and told me they were very sorry for what had happen thanks to them and there team for there great service. But the enterprise @ 2135 riverside drive Macon ga needs help with there availability on the app and online or even when I called why did no one tell me that my van was not going to be available . Very very very disappointed customer with this enterprise

My mom had to rent a car to go out of town. She booked it online but when we arrived, all of her information had to be revirified even though she had everything already printed. She was told the deposit was $200 which is not standard but due to previous incidences, they raised the deposit amount. After going to make a money transfer, when she came back, she was told all of her paperwork had been "lost" a.k.a. shredded. Overall, the entire rental process took over an hour! The only one that was cordial to her was Erica. The customer service and quality has gone down tremoundously since I moved from Macon. I don't know if we will be renting from this location again.

Enterprise picked me up and I was taken back to their location to receive my car. The car was in perfect condition and gave no problems while I had it for 5 days. When I returned it everything was smooth and efficient.
