I don't recommend this place for debit card users. Of course all enterprise locations are different, but this particular location really treats their debit card customers bad.  I do understand that you have to have a zero balance on your bill which I had, my husband had just rented a car there with the same information the week before. So I began to prepare for our family vacation by making our reservation there, upon entering the location I  spoke to a representative named Floyd, I felt like he was kind and respectful up until the point where I told him that I was paying with my debit. Things quickly changed he began telling  me that the same credentials that I use the week before will no longer work. I asked him why? He expressed to me that last week was some type of favor he did for my husband and another woman whom my husband witnessed him doing this favor for, He than saw my husband's expression and then told him to come to the counter.  I don't need favors!!! I need a rental car place that respects their debit card users so with that being said I encourage you to go to Budget where they respect their debit card users having you in and out just as quick as a person using their credit card. They don't make you feel as if you're trying to purchase a rental car with no money. Budget will accept your bank statements your utility bills with zero balance as long as you have a major Bank debit card. All you need is one of the listed documents  to rent using your Major Bank debit card. Go to Budget Debit card Users you'll be in out riding and feeling like a regular customer because, you are!

Great experience from start to finish.  Our SUV was the most responsibly priced of all the rental cars in the area.  When we arrived, we were in and out in 10 minutes with a very clean, nice vehicle.  The staff checked in with us the following day to make sure we were satisfied.  We returned the car after hours on Sunday and  were contacted first thing on Monday to make sure everything went well and we had no complaints.  Will definitely use Enterprise again!

I have rented many cars and used many rental companies. I have found Enterprise to be the best. They have provided me with upgrades from time to time. I always feel welcomed and service has always been great. I highly recommend them.

My experience at the Conyers Hwy 138 location was outstanding! I was greeted before I stepped inside of the building. The Enterprise Rep. helped me immediately. He pointed out the best options for the car class I was renting. The visit took less than 15 minutes.

Making this short I been a loyal customer to enterprise where I have rented a whole year non stop but this particular experience I was made into a criminal only having the vehicle for a week and three days. They sent a tow truck to my house even though they was to charge my car for the balance and even though the car suppise to be turned in tomorrow at 8 am. I never had any situation with enterprise until now when I went to a new location. My track record with enterprise is outstanding and I have spent plenty of money to turn around and get treated like a criminal. My voice will not stop here I'm going to corporate about this. Cause the action they took us outrageous even the tow truck people say they be rude to them as well. I shouldn't get treated like this when I'm not use to getting treated like this from any enterprise this was the worst. Remind u they received the amount they needed with no problem I can see if I didn't have the funds on my account but I did but they choose to still send a tow truck to my home when I been a loyal customer and faithful customer. I'm appalled at this manner and made me wish I didn't rent from this location. Which i should stayed at my regular location which is 1950 dogwood dr. I never had a problem they never had to dispute a payment with me and it's less stressful
