Very smooth and quick check in and return process. Attendants were polite and friendly. It was quite a different experience than what I usually encounter with other rental places. 
I wouldn't use anyone else now, I hope they continue this progress! The rest really don't compare, and most times piss me off with poor attitudes and dirty cars.
Five stars for Budget and the attendees at GSP! :)

The staff was very pleasant, the car was nice and clean, but the ease and speed of the pickup and drop off were what made it 5 stars. We did a lot of research before choosing them and we were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend them.

I have rarely rented a car, so my recent experience renting a car at the airport was a new one. I chose Budget because their rates were the best for my needs (unlimited mileage, 4-door mid-size car). I had reserved my rental via phone prior to arrival at GSP, and I was greeted with smiles from the service counter. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to my destination. I opted to return the car with a full tank of gas. When I pulled into my return space, an agent was waiting to process my returned car with a hand-held computer to record all the info that was needed. My rental was prepaid so the agent simply handed my receipt to me, and I was on my way to my flight in less than 5 minutes!! I will definitely rent from Budget again!

Mixed review.  I am a big Budget fan and I find that I almost always get a great car for a good price.  This rental GSA is the exception.  The price was great, but my car had over 25000 miles and had a bad smell.  Further, the windshield and rear windows were both dirty to the point of affecting visibility.  I'm used to getting cars that have been freshly washed. 
The staff at this location are very helpful and have great attitudes.

Just wanted to say that Cindy, who checked my car in, went above and beyond to help me.  She was very kind and did not hesitate to give me a lift to the FBO (private jet terminal) which is about 3/4 mile away on the other side of terminal.  I certainly appreciated not having to walk in the rain and hauling luggage away from the rental car location.  GREAT SERVICE and a can-do attitude.  That's what customers REALLY WANT!  THANK YOU, Cindy!
