My favorite rental car company! I rent a car about 2 to 3 times a year. I always use Hertz. I get there email special offers. I always try to use one of the special offers to get the best deals. They are always very friendly, helpful and courteous! They have clean and well maintained cars.

If I could give them a 0, i would. I was told by the Spartanburg office on Thursday that some could pick me up at the collision shop at 8:30 on Monday, and to call them at 8. I made the appointment with collision shop and went in this morning as scheduled. I call Hertz, as instructed, and get told that they are are too far, I'll have to call the Greenville office, which I do. They in turn tell me that it will be 10:30 before someone can pick me up. Mind you, it's 30 degrees outside right now, as I sit here cold as all get out waiting on the ride that I was told was reserved for an 8:30 pick up. I wouldn't have minded if they had told me up front that it would be 10:30, then I could have scheduled the shop appointment accordingly. You couldn't pay me to use this company again.

Also if the staff is mostly friendly (the friendliest person I ever met at Hertz was an employee, who drove me back home like a professional driver!), I have my worst experiences with Hertz at this location.
I don't blame the people working there, but the location need many improvements. Actually the location should be moved somewhere else with a better office, a bigger parking lot. Hertz should provide better cars (at least clean inside). The cars provided are simply a shame for the brand Hertz. I avoid this location since I got a car so dirty and smelly that I felt seek. Hertz Miami removed the car from location, when I gave it back. I drive extra 20 miles to rent Hertz car at the airport or go to Enterprise, also if it is more expensive. Hertz is simply bad represented / underrepresented in Greenville area.

Absolutely horrible!!!  Called to confirm a reservation during insurance repair work on my car. Called Friday to confirm. Called again on Monday morning and confirmed again. When I showed up to pick up my car, they didn't have a car available.  WTF!!!  I confirmed TWICE!!!!  Go ANYWHERE else!!!  I will never use any Hertz rental again.

Natalie and Bryce were excellent help!

Our car was totalled in an accident and the insurance company sent us here for our rental. There was a snafu with our card and the deposit, but Natalie went above and beyond to resolve the issue and get us in our rental. Bryce was cool water on what could have become a hot situation. Even at 5:59pm on a friday, the staff was incredibly friendly and hardworking. Thanks guys! My time with the corolla was great!
