I have become a frequent renter at this local Enterprise. It's 5 mins from where I live and I have come to see that these folks are awesome. From the great customer service to the car selection and benefits. One-time their manager was helping me and recommended the coverage insurance for the vehicle and after explaining to me I got and I'm glad I did. My family ended up getting hit by a deer from the side that night. Completely covered with no hassles. I got a replacement the next morning.  I recommend them to anyone! ALSO SIGN UP FOR ELITE PLUS! IT'S FREE AND WORTH IT!!!

Best Enterprise location in the country ( No, I've not used all; but a large statistical cross section). These guys understand customer service. Great management and an awesome team. It's refreshing to have a positive experience with a car rental company.

The manager there was beyond helpful and very, very nice.  I was able to get put into a great car and a fair price.  I had to extend the days that I needed it and didn't have any problems.  I didn't see my deposit credited back to my account a week after returning the car, so I went to talk to him.  He immediately took care of the problem (which was not his fault).  There was a bit of confusion with the billing due to a 3rd party paying for a portion of the bill.  I was refunded the amount of money I was due right on the spot.  I will continue to do business with Enterprise and as long as the type of car I'm looking for is available, I will stick with Seneca location.  So, if you're looking for good rates, great people, and hassle free......they're the people to see.

Great facility.  I rent here often and Cameron and the staff are always very courteous and helpful.  I will be back.

Good vehicle. Brought car back and still got charged as if we were late. But they promptly   corrected their wrong. Very professional.
