Very helpful and professional staff.  I did not realize that you could pick up in one of the area's Enterprise location and return to another Enterprise in the general/local area.  If I had asked in advance of the possibility, things would have been much more convenient...I would rent from Enterprise again...

The customer service at Enterprise on Laurens Road is always fantastic! From phone calls to in-person services. I have rented vehicles there at least 3 times and each time it has been a great experience. This last rental tops it all, thanks to Erica. I had to travel up North last week to visit my mom because she had surgery done. I was suppose to get a Toyota Corolla but since I was traveling with my two college kids we needed space and a vehicle with great tire threads. All I had to do was ask...well, she accommodated us with a Jeep. When we returned a week later she was absolutely pleasant to the very end.

Was very recently in a wreck and lost my only means of transportation, my insurance company set up a reservation, to only get there and find they had nothing was referred to another location (cause they wouldn't call to confirm before I made the trip) to find out they also supposedly had no cars. Spent much wasted gas and a majority of a day trying to deal with these people and they had no care or concern. I am dumbfounded how a company with atleast 5 locations manage to not have a single vehicle but still allow for reservations to be made....it's ridiculous...you would think they would have a hold for vehicles for customers that have these kinds of circumstances

Alston was great in helping me decide which car was best...Great car...after I returned the car, a nice young lady was able to drive me back to my house making the rental return even more convenient.
