Have used this location over a dozen times. Always friendly, and the lowest rates around. Have rented brand new $50k Dodge Rams and Ford F 150's for $40/day, or $125 a week. Just rent the "Wild card special" online and ask if they have a truck available when picking up your vehicle.

The worst dollar rental,i ever experienced!the supervisor wasn't friendly,i will never go them no more,the one in Atlanta has better and faster service and nice and understanding people!

Close to the airport, shuttle service is dependable, great value.  Rented from this facility several time, never had a problem.

Our actual rental car (truck) we got was great.  Clean and brand new.  But the customer service was HORRIBLE!  It took the shuttle FORTY minutes to pick us up from the Greenville airport. (I had reserved the pick up time previously AND called as soon as we got there for the shuttle to come.  The store is only 4 minutes away....but it took 40 for them to come get us.)  Upon checking out the vehicle, the man asked us if we wanted to include insurance, the most basic one being $25.  That seemed reasonable, so we said "Sure!"  When we returned the vehicle 4 days later, our bill was MUCH higher than what we had calculated it out to be.  We were then informed that the insurance was $25 A DAY!!!  Definitely was not told that upon purchase.  My husband and I are very displeased with the honesty and integrity of this company and would dissuade anyone from using them, especially without asking every point blank, nit-picky question!

*** Terrible Service and just lost a loyal customer ***
I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 5 years and today, my Wife had the WORST customer service ever experienced. She reserved a vehicle online for a pick-up at 10 AM and when she arrives the vehicle she reserved was not available. She was then told that this particular location is a private franchise and reservations made online are for available inventory nationwide and NOT for that location. Who would know this? What a crock of BULL!! She is told that she can have a full-size pick-up truck (not what she wants or reserved) or she can wait for an SUV to be returned at 11 am. She is uncomfortable driving pick-up trucks and thus waits for the 11 AM SUV (mid-size) , because by now nearly 40 minutes have passed since her 10 AM rental pick-up time. The SUV renter returns the vehicle to the location at 11:30 AM, not at 11 AM as she was told. To add insult to injury, in her conversation with the SUV renter, as they were cleaning the vehicle. she (my Wife) is informed that the SUV was not due back until 12 Noon and they ( the previous renters)  just so happened to return the vehicle early. Therefore, the Dollar agent told her a bald faced LIE that her alternative vehicle would be there at 11 AM. When confronted by these deficiencies, the agents seemed nonchalant as they know their service is sub-par.  Best way to lose a loyal customer is have crappy service and be indifferent to it. Well, DOLLAR RENTAL.. you just lost this customer. Good-bye and good riddance. 

I'll pay the convenience fee at GSP to at least be treated professionally!!!!
