Great experience here! I highly recommend the enterprise on Buncombe St. in Greenville S.C not the one in Seneca S.C! The guy Steven is so rude in Seneca so we called the one on Buncombe st & got in touch with a lady named Carmen Farrow that got us in a rental car the same day we called & was so polite & answered any questions we had! Highly recommend her!!!

This location has GREAT customer service. They picked me up from my home AND took me to the auto shop to pick my car back up!!! I highly recommend them and I will always get my rentals from them.

Had a great experience renting from this location for the first time. The branch manger is very nice and professional. The employees are helpful and professional as well. I will definitely rent from them again

Enterprise always comes through with a car, sometimes in bigger ways that expected. Last time I reserved a mid-size, they were booked out, but upgraded me to a spiffy BMW to make sure I had a car. Nice work and nice ride!

I give this location a 3-star rating as I have used them various times and only had issues the most recent time. However, the handling of my most recent rental experience would have to be considered a 2-star experience. Firstly, I was charged for an extra day upon returning the vehicle (I did an after-hours return which would have made my rental a 3 day rental but it was processed as a 4-day rental as the person closing out my rental did not compensate for the after hours fact), secondly once I was able to get a 25% refund for the rental I realized they charged the whole transaction on a different card than the one I had them swipe and requested they charge when I picked the car up. So, the worst part of the experience was this part, it took this office 3 times of me calling them and two weeks to actually "figure out" how to process the return on the wrong card, however they had no problem charging the debit to the other correct card. At one point (which lasted about a week) they had placed the debit on my new card, but had not processed a return to the old card, leaving me double debited for the rental. When this week past and I still didn't have the wrong card credited, I called them (because apparently they were not planning on calling me, they had a week and had not done so) and when I spoke to a representative at this office he informed me that they were able to charge the new card but were unsuccessful in crediting back the wrong card. The issue was that the representative (this office) did not express any commentary of having an intention of contacting me, leaving me to believe if I had not noticed this that I would have just stayed double charged for this rental. A few days later he was able to speak to accounting and refund the wrong card.
