**Edit- reading the other reviews, it seems like they've had the same patterns with customer service over the last several months. I see someone commenting that they're sorry and they'd like the fix the problem, but it's very apparent that they don't actually care how their employees treat customers. Why not revamp your hitting practices and hire a crew who can handle customer service???*** 

Came to exchange a vehicle after calling customer service to set it up the night before. Walk in, no line, just people everywhere.   Helped people out of order, computers down. While waiting, we were listening to employees talking bad about customers in the backroom... Apparently they don't know there's not an actual door there and people in the lobby could hear what they were saying.  Turns out the guy at the customer service number lied and it would cost us more. So after waiting forever we just left with the same tiny truck we didn't want in the first place. Between the customer service here and at the Orlando airport, we will never use budget again.

This location should be shut down permantely.  The couple in front of us where there before 9:30am, however they do not open until 10am. The guy told them they have to charge them an extra day becayse they didn't drop off the car until 10am. The couple stated they where there at 9:30 but they didn't open until 10am. The guy rudely just said next! I never seen such horrible customer service. Then when it was our turn the guy said your car isn't ready come back in an hour. Do yourself a favor and just go to enterprise. I went there and drive off with my rental in less than 20min.

Very Un HAPPY WITH People WORKING in in the Port St Lucie office. They were very very rude. Norman the main guy manager and Fort Lauderdale is very professional as very very good at what he does I'm very satisfied with the Fort Lauderdale office with Norm but very dissatisfied with the Port St Lucie office especially when I had two flat tires and a car that's been broken down and they would not exchange that for me in Port Saint Lucie. But Norm the manager in Fort Lauderdale is 5 one of the best business man I've ever dealt with and very professional and very upfront and I appreciate everything he has done for me and I love will continue my business with him

The only reason I'm not giving them the 0 Stars it's because the rating forces you to give them one they don't deserve. We had to have the original car replaced because of mechanical problems. The tow driver brought out the new contract on which budget dad added added a $69 Personal Insurance fee which was not on the original contract. Person in the St Lucie office said that he couldn't touch it or remove the fee because it was not his contract and was very standoffish and not helpful at all. I would definitely say they don't rent anything from budget and especially from this office in Port St Lucie.

I wish I could write a review without giving a start at all. Guy at the front desk was just full of attitude and honestly was a total ass to not only me but my boss when they called. I wish I didn't need a car from here but I'm stuck and this is my only option. Honestly I feel of you don't like your job maybe you should find a new one. I came here so you can keep a customer and that's how I get treated...
I recommend that no one ever comes here.
