Great service, the man helping us was funny, helpful and fast. The rental was easy. They can pick you up and/or drop you off before and/or after a rental which is super convenient. They have good prices, the cars are always clean and in good condition.  Will definitely rent from them again.

Booked a reservation online to pick up a car at 7:30 am, got up extra early to make sure I was there in time after dropping my son off from school, manager calls me around 7:15 that they don’t have the car that I needed. Said I’d get a call back shortly after they got the car... fast forward to 3:30 still no call, I needed this car before I went into work and was willing to leave work a little early to pick it up, I call and they tell me I never had a reservation, when I have the email to confirm it and the manager called me that same morning to tell me that they would call me when the car was in. I was told they’d call me back after speaking with the manager, no call was received. Waste of a day for me, completely ruined my plans and made it super inconvenient for me to get my car fixed. Horrible experience! Would give them 0 stars if I could. I’ll make sure to go hertz on my next rental.

Worst enterprise ever, customers service is bad.. Car variety limited and short staffed. But Melissa was great, helpful, highly professional, and well composed and quickly change the experience for me.

Adam and Robert are outstanding employees, their attention to detail and customer service is what keeps me going to Enterprise Rental. Will rent here again definitely. Forgot to mention I have been here twice and on both occasions it was the same outstanding service.
