Called me on my birthday not to wish me a happy birthday but of course to upset me and tell me I need to come in and make a payment. I spent over $940 dollar's in one month keeping one car and they still will disrespect you on your 1 day out the year your birthday! I also reminded them that's why I'm keeping the car, but who cares right. They just want your money like everyone else don't let them fool you. Also every time I picked up a car its FILTHY!!!

I've used the Enterprise rental car agency on Hwy 1 in Port St. Lucie, Fl several times.  I find the staff there to be very helpful, cooperative, and friendly.  I will continue to call them.  Joan Adler

Forgot my sunpas in the rental and they used it and wouldn't pay me back after a few attempts no results

Dania was amazing. I believe that she is the Assistant Manager there and she went out of her way to help us. Including staying after hours and making sure we got the car that we wanted. Even when she had to get it from a different lot. This was a very good experience and most definitely makes me want to use Enterprise again.

Terrible experience with the inside cleaning they left wrappers on the floor and I couldn't see out of the windows I had to go back and they were annoyed.
My phone charger also disappeared.
My previous experiences we're good but I've noticed it's going downhill.
