Everyone who works in this office is pleasant and eager to make the rental experience as pleasant as possible.  This is my fourth year renting for the season, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!  Molly is an exceptional manager; her staff seem to enjoy working with her!

I gave all my info on- line to save time when i went to pick up the car i still ended up having to give the same info when i went to pick up the car, so much for saving time. I was told that it was a 24hr hold on my card for the deposit to be returned back on my account, and it took almost 4 days, but i must say that the staff was very nice in Stuart, Fl, very professional.

Have used this local Stuart Enterprise office several times but not anymore.  This trip I rented a vehicle from PBI and returned next morning to this Stuart location.  The office was busy and though there were several Enterprise employees, only one seemed to know how to help.  She took the keys from me and advised me to hold onto my paperwork for my files.  Two days later I receive a voicemail message from Enterprise advising that they were closing out my contract for a TWO DAY rental at double the price I was supposed to pay for my legitimate ONE DAY rental.  Numerous return calls and emails to Enterprise have gone unanswered.  The Stuart location advises that there is NOTHING that they can do to help resolve this -- really?  They must have entered the information incorrectly however they are no help in correcting it.  My return trip to airport will be UBER!

The Stuart team led by Ben are phenomenal. Their customer service is refreshing, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that my rental experience is a positive one. I appreciate the fact that I can take car rentals off my very long lists of travel details because I know I can count on this team. Keep up the great work and thank you all.
