Having to rent a car on a Friday because your car is in the shop is not the best way to start the weekend. But Troy and Jasmine from the cove enterprise made things quick and easy. I'll definitely use this location if I ever need a car in future

I made a reservation to be picked up at the auto body shop my truck is being repaired at. a half an hour after I was supposed to be picked up I called the office to find an expected ETA and was told they don't have any cars to rent and that they have nobody on their way to pick me up. I had to reschedule with the auto body shop I lost money in time at work and this local office couldn't care less about my position and said this is standard that reservations are made but are not always kept. I can't imagine doing business like this as I run my own. the manager there could not have cared less and offered no help or way to rectify the situation. totally shocked and we'll never do business with Enterprise again

I rent frimEnterprise exclusively. Tried a competitor once and their gas tank return and rental cancellation policies were ridiculous. Enterprise's "we pick you up" policy is also awesome. Everyone I have ever dealt with in this company is an asset to their mission statement, and they have my business whenever I need s rental car.

Due to my work schedule, I must rent vehicles bimonthly and sometimes weekly. The customer service at this Enterprise location is exceptional; James, TJ, and Steven always make sure I am a satisfied customer. The vehicles are always nice, clean, and the rates are competitive. If you would like to rent a car in Stuart, I recommend renting from this location.
