I have rented a car here 2 times & both were not pleasant. The first car had a flat tire every morning after picking it up. Obviously they just kept airing the tire up instead if fixing it & it became my problem. The staff was very young, unprofessional & it was an uncomfortable experience. 

The 2nd car was just a few weeks ago. The driver met us at the car dealership to pick us up & take us back the Enterprise to go over the paperwork. The driver was in sweats, sunglasses that he never took off, even inside, & never said hi, how ya doing...nothing!!! We get in the car, he plugs in his phone & starts to play music. The music he played was hard-core rap that had obscene & vulgar language & the volume was way to high. After 2 minutes or so of this uncomfortable situation, my husband asked him if this was appropriate music & said can you please find something else? The driver switches the music. The next song is, "baby daddies, restraining orders, racist remarks!" I could not believe that his driver was that stupid!! You could tell he didn't like that we told him to change the music, so he started to drive aggressively. By the time we got to Enterprise, my husband & I were freaked out! He cut off traffic & jumped the entrance to get into the parking lot as I hit my head on the window. We complained to a manger. He acted concerened, took the employee in the back for maybe 10 seconds & that was it! I was appalled! Never again will I rent a car from this place.

I do not recommend using this place. I have rented from them twice and each time I go to pick up my car and they tell me they are out of cars. They never give you a phone call to let you know they are currently out of cars. They allow you to make the reservation and travel to their site but can never honor the reservation. Do not go here! It's a waste of time.

Enterprise customer service and cars always come through! Needed a car last minute and the staff was so helpful to get me one. The price was great and even thinking about buying a car like the one I rode. Thanks!

They were awesome and helped us have a very smooth and quick pick up and return .The car was very nice and allowed us to have a family weekend away.

Check your itemized receipt from this location!!! 
This location tried to charge me $600 for adding my husband to my rental, a service that is provided free of charge at every other enterprise location!
The enterprise franchise also called me to come in to "renew" my contract. Turns out they were only trying to do that so that they could obtain the payment from State Farm (my insurance company). My claim is not finished yet, my car is still in the shop, but they wanted me to take time out of my busy schedule to come in and "renew" the contract simply so they could be paid. They did not explain to me that this is what they wanted, instead, they tried to present it as the only option for me to continue with my rental and then when I asked more about it, they weren't even sure if they could do that. Then, the staff wanted me to wait in the store while they called around to "try and figure this out" (their words, not mine.) Why call me and ask me to come in if you are not even sure what you are doing? This felt extremely unprofessional, and a waste of my time. I am noticing that enterprise expects the customers to do a lot for their fleet vehicles on the customer's own time. For example: the tire pressure was at an unsafe, low level in the first rental they gave me, and they expected me to take time out of my work day to go and get the tire replaced. This is a sad expectation that enterprise has from their customers. It is a shame that this branch is so awful as they are in such a great location (close to the city, mountains, and highways). I would encourage anyone to go to the locations in Aurora, or at least further east of Wheat Ridge. You will not get good service if you use this location!
