Enterprise has a new policy regarding keys and remote controls.  The two sets you are given are permanently attached to each other.  I was told this was because they were losing too many of the keys and remotes and they are expensive to replace.  This serves the company perhaps but they do charge a pretty penny for lost keys and now, if you lose one, you've lost both, not to mention it's quite a wad of stuff to jam in your pocket!  The company seems to have forgotten what customer service is all about - the customer first.

My experience was great! We arrived late to enterprise after they were closed. I thought it was Friday. Fortunately they were still there cleaning  up the rental cars. Thank God! Very nice group of guys. Very helpful.

I booked a car with them a month in advance. Confirmed the car with them the previous day from rental date... Gave me a completely downgraded car and charged me the same exact price as a "luxury" car . After leaving a negative review the regional manager contacted me and resolved the situation very professionally. 0 stars for the guys at this location, 5 stars for management.

I had to rent a car while mine was being fixed for a few days and I really got the v.i.p treatment here Manny took care of me really knows how to talk to costumers will definitely be using you guys again in the near future
