Most Excellent! I've rented a car twice in my life. a neighbor referred me to this location. Alex is FABULOUS and extremely helpful. I wanted to rent a specific car so that I could test drive it without a pesky car salesmen talking my ear off for 20 mins. He got the exact car I wanted and had it ready and waiting for me even though it was REALLY close to 6 pm. When I returned it I thought the tank was full since the fuel handle popped out as normal. He explained all about the bubbles and the newer cars and how it can make you think it's full but it's not. He let me go get gas to fill it up. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience and if I need to do it again, I'm going straight back to this location.

I have rented from this location 3-4 times in the past with no issues. I go to rent a car recently and a new policy has been instituted that does not allow this location to rent to individuals under the age of 25. I made the reservation in advance and prepaid and never once was stopped during the process when I chose this location. Clearly their website needs to be updated to reflect this change, so people don't go and waste 45 minutes of their time on the phone with customer service trying to figure out why the location can't rent to them.

Ever since Alex took over he has always given 5 star service, while still treating you as a friend.... He always goes the extra mile to make sure I have what I need.  Great Service!

Alex is always accommodating. Fast, friendly, makes you feel like family. Even when they are out of cars, the staff help find another location to help. Will always rent from here. Really good deals!!!

Worse experience. They say they have a after hour drop box but no where on the building!  Called to see where it would be And they had no clue 
 They suggest I drive the truck back to Cleveland and take it back to Columbus in the morning.  . . This is the worst customer service! Will never rent from them again. Why would you tell me I can return it after hours and not have a drop box.
