Rental rates were fair. The customer service in the site location was ok.  The car I rented was not very clean at all, not sure if I received a dirty car because I did the weekend rate. All in all the car rental served its purpose for my needs at affordable rate.

I rented a compact car that was good on gas and drives good. My journey with rented car from this branch was very smooth and successful with the car they gave me. I will do business again with them in the future if I have to. Only thing I won't do next time is purchasing that insurance they talk to renters about.

The gentlemen at this location are wonderful and really worked with me on an issue. The company policy I found very frustrating for customers was very irritating. I couldn't rent without following the policy but I was stuck as I had been dropped off and needed to get the information they wanted remotely. Like I said, I disagreed with the corporate policy but the guys helped me figure it out. I would encourage Enterprise to have some sort of VIP program for people who rent all the time. The process is cumbersome and annoying otherwise.

I have used the Clintonville/High Street Enterprise for 3 years on a regular basis and the folks there are helpful, upbeat and have given me individual, unhurried attention every single time. They have gone out of their way to make my life easier; I really like this branch. Thanks, everyone at Clintonville Enterprise!

The Enterprise office on N High is a good one.  They were very efficient and friendly.  I like that he made sure I knew how to open the panel for the gas cap.  That is a small detail but the small details can make a day good or bad.

I will be back to rent cars from this office.
