Reading these reviews of the past couple of  months, there must have been a management overhaul.  The manager was very positive and polite and made my rental experience the best that I have had in a while.  I live in the Dublin area and I would definitely rather go there than drive across town to the airport.  5 stars

Worst experience with a car rental company. Picked up a rental, that was dirty on the outside and smelled funny on the inside. The clerk said that they could not wash the car because it was cold and the car wash is frozen. After driving the car for one day we had difficulty starting it. We returned it and had it replaced. When the rental period ended we discovered that they are charging our credit card $150 cleaning fee for the first car. Upon complaining and asking for that fee to be removed, the manager kicked us out of the office. We are putting a stop on the charges with the credit card company.  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am looking for a way to rate 0 stars. But google doesn't give me such option :-( 
Here is my story.
I booked car 3 months before the pickup date from this hertz facility. On the day of pickup, I called in the morning and requested for pickup in the evening at 5:15 PM. Lady agreed that car would be dropped off on time. Later in the afternoon around 2 PM, she called me and said would like to drop the car few hours early. Since time didn't fit my schedule I denied the proposal.
Here is the interesting part..
I didn't receive the car until 5:40 PM. Since facility closes at 6 PM, I called 'em to know status of pickup. This time guy called marc picked my call. He was posing as if he came down to drop the car and called me multiple times since no reply he had to leave back. But I neither received missed calls nor voice mails from anybody that day. He made his stand clear that if I do not pick the car before 6 PM, I won't get it. Shucks...
Disconnected the call. If I have to explain, there is more to tell about that guy. gave hard time..
