The two fellows who checked me in (Chris) and out with my car rental were awesome people! So friendly and attentive and funny and I felt like they really cared about me and what they were doing. Would return here for service like this!

We reserved a car and on the day of pick up they had no record of our reservation. We never left Columbus city limits and last week we received a bill for accessing Pennsylvania toll roads.  We never went to PA.  And they will not help me correct. I was given a phone number and I left a message and still have not heard back about the bill. I do not pan on using Hertz again in the future.

Had a fender bender, State Farm referred me to this Hertz on Morse Road for a rental while my car is in the shop. I called and they had my claim number. The person on the phone said "I'll call you back in 20 minutes." That was four days ago.

I had made arrangements with a gentleman at the Morse Rd Hertz location to bring a car to me at the auto body shop where I needed to leave my car.  I was told the car would likely be a Toyota Corolla and that they might bring me back to their office from the auto body shop.  No one from Hertz ever showed up.  The auto body folks kindly attempted to call Hertz, but no one answered (and this was about 9:30 a.m.).  I finally had to arrange for a rental vehicle from another company.  Very disappointed in the way Hertz does business - bringing customer satisfaction to an all-time low.  I wouldn't have given them even 1 star, but had to do so in order to post my comment.

Very bad service! They gave me non-smoking Toyota, but it smells like someone was smoking in it. I had to return the next day. And they charged me two days fee for under 24 hours. I would not suggest anyone to get a car from this place. They charge so much for their shity cars.
