Rented a car to drive to long weekend getaway. Enterprise was fast and efficient, and the price was decent. The car was clean and in good shape, except for one minor inconvenience. One tire was a little low in air pressure, which triggered the dashboard warning system the following day when the pressure dropped a couple more pounds. It was inconvenient to stop and get air, but the tire was fine after that for the rest of the trip. I usually don't have any complaints, so this didn't bother me too much.

Great experience always with Enterprise. They made one mistake. But when addressed, they immediately fixed the situation. I always rent from them. Great cars and low pricing. Thanks again.

I will give Enterprise 5 Stars because the reps are always nice and friendly. Also I love that they pick up/ Drop off the customer. A plus to consumers how and single. I recently rented a car and due to the fact the car I rented had some  mechanical problems that  further problems with my rental rate to increase. After going over the paper work with one of the mangers, he was helpful in adjusting my bill to  compensate me for the inconvenience. Great cumstomer service. I will say that don't rent a mid-size car if traveling distance, the mid-size just isn't  equipped for that type of distance or speed. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to full size for a few more bucks. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is always my number one pick for value, great service and  loyalty to their customers.

I rent from this location all of the time for work and the staff is always friendly, professional and willing to go out of their way to make sure I have a good experience.
