Do NOT rent here! One older lady knows what she's doing but everyone else is incompetent. Rented a car from Saturday to Sunday night, returned on time with full tank and was charged for an "upgraded car" that I did not request with a steering wheel that vibrated at any speed over 60 mph, someone else's debit and ID cards inside, and that smelled like cigarette smoke. I was also charged a ten dollar late fee for returning on time via key drop. I was told "we don't know when you return it so that's why THEY charged you. This is not the first time I've rented here so I knew the late fee charges and upgrades were bogus. None of this was said to me upon renting. Save yourself the headache and use Hertz or someone else.

This is my first time ever writing a review stay absolutely  away from this place I made my reservation online returned the car in a good shape but was still charged extra. Poor customer service the lady will not even let me speak wish I knew her name at a point in time I had to ask her to please let me speak. If I could give zero I would have given it please take the reviews that people have written here serious it looks like everyone was charge extra. After I was charged then I decided to go and read the reviews and to tell you truth yes everything they said happened to me.

I had some very specific needs and they were able to accommodate my request. The car was ready at the requested time. The total for ten days was as estimated and the drop off return was easy.

If I could give a zero, I would.  Two bad experiences two months in a row. First in June, rented a car online and paid online and picked up at this location.  All was fine until we returned it, and there was a mysterious $20 charge on my card the next day.  Called them, and they said it was the automatic gas fill up charge since we drove it less than 30 miles.  What?   First off, we drove the car almost 600 miles, and they recorded the mileage wrong.  Secondly, we returned it completely full, so why would there be a fill-up charge?     They would't do the credit.  Told me I had to call corporate.  
Next rental just this weekend.  Again, rented and paid online.  Took 45 minutes to get the car when we went to pick it up the next morning.  They didn't have the car we reserved either.  Why?  No reason given.   They gave us the next car level up, but we wanted the best gas mileage, and this model was quite a bit worse on gas than the compact that we reserved.  They had 10 people waiting to get cars and or trucks at the same time.   Returned the car, and AGAIN today, mysterious charges.   First, they put a $100 hold charge on my card (which they never have done before), and it has not been reversed yet.  Secondly, there is another $52 charge on my card today also.   So, $77 for the original charge paid online (the total cost of the rental).  Then the $100 hold, then an unknown $52 charge.  So, we've been charged $229 for a $77 rental, with no credits posted yet.      Can't wait to hear their excuse when I call.  
This is a shady business.  By the way, this is a FRANCHISE....not a corporate location.  They are charging people for extras hoping that the customers don't realize it.   If you HAVE to rent from here, pay close attention to your credit card.    Customer service is extremely poor, and they refused to credit anything from that office.  You had to go through corporate.    Horribly run business.   We will be taking our business elsewhere after these two incidents.

Update----just as I suspected---called the office and they HAVE NO IDEA what the extra $52 charge is, and said they can't do anything about it.  Have to call corporate they said.   They are doing fraudulent billing.   Also was told the $100 could take up to a week to be credited??  BS.   Stay away from this place.

Go somewhere else. Poor customer service. At the beginning got a daily rate online and when I asked about it there he said don't worry about it whatever rate you got online will be it; however, since I had it a week it, it turned into a weekly rate. He should have said that when I asked.
