We rented a mid size car, we were given a small suv which we loved. the price rental was extremely reasonable, returned car early, given more of a discount because we did. Did not expect that. Fast service, super fast drop off. Did  use a coupon that saved me some $. I highly recommend this place. This  is my first rental car ever and im completely satisfied with the service i received.

I rent here about 5 times per year. The staff is knowledgeable and pretty fast. In 7years of doing business there i've only had one issue with a vehicle itself which was quickly fixed to my liking. This is a good consistent place for rental cars.

Feel like i got scammed. First time in my life i was ever asked to check windshield for cracks before a rental. I actually asked the girl if there is a crack, cause it seemed strange and stated if there is a crack somewhere when i return somethings not right.  Upon return...the same girl was there, yet she had a guy check the car and gas???He comes back awful quick and finds the smallest crack/almost chip ever....i would never have found it! i have a pic on my phone it is about the same thickness of my cuticle and approximately 1 centimeter long???I will be going to small claims court on this one if anyone has a similar experience i wil write a deposition of my experiences for you as well.  
BTW the girl blinked 3 times while answering me if they were being dishonest and knew of the crack!

Rent here all the time only had a problem once and they quickly conceded to their error. (Gas indicator level) Inexpensive rent a car with pretty fast service. As a sports fan picking up for games in San Francisco it couldn't be more efficient.
