Enterprise is amazing!!! There to lead person's there have done an amazing job teaching and being the perfect example to their staff about Elite professional customer service every time I go to rent a vehicle from them the energy they project always make me feel like I'm a very close part of their working family and I see that they project that amazing energy toward every customer that comes in. Enterprise staff is patient answering all questions intelligent and dumb alike, they get you from a counter into your card at amazing speeds while making sure you're well informed on everything that's needed all with an incredibly bright smile. While I can't speak for others I would like to express my sincere appreciation for energizing me on my sometimes low days and make my day feel Sunny Brite on an otherwise gloomy. If ever I've Loved A group of people other than my biological family it is definitely you. Thank you for being a shining star in my life.

I hadn't traveled in a long time, so I was uneducated about the cost of a rental car.  I called to rent a car for about 10 days with full coverage insurance, they told me it would be $231.91 for the car and the total cost would be $341.81 for the 10 days.  She then emailed me the contract, when I looked at it I saw the cost of the car and it matched exactly what she told me but the contract was 4 pages long and I didn't see the price  of the insurance listed the way the price of the car was.  I didn't have time to read it and since the price of the car was exactly what she said it would be, I didn't think there would be a problem.  When I got back from my trip, I received the bill and it was $533.61.  I called to discuss the matter and they said we have a signed contract saying that you wanted full coverage insurance and we will not adjust your bill.  Had they sent an estimate that was setup similar to the bill I received, I would have understood exactly what the car would have cost and would have made other choices.  I think Enterprise Rent-A-Car's practices are predatory and I will never rent a car from them again.  There were other problems besides for the bill, but that was the most important problem I faced. Staff was pretty good. Smiles and good customer service.Car was nice. Not as clean as it should have been but ok. I liked them enough to return next time I need a car.

Staff are always very efficient and friendly. Have never had a problem with over 30 rentals over 4 years. Rates are very competitive. Problem that non-airport locations don't necessarily fill the gas tank after each rental, making it hard to judge how much gas to add at the end. This is a corporate issue, not one related to this location.

OMG they are so nice with their cars and their customer service skills I mean there's a few times that I rented some cars and they were dirty or they had danced on them or you know something was wrong with the scratches but they always accommodated me for it this is the best place to rent your car very nice people one of the women look like Sarah Sarah Jessica Parker
