NEVER USE - lied about closing my account on the day that I returned the car so they continued to charge me 100 dollars a day until I called in to inquire. Neither the customer service rep nor the branch manager could offer me any explanation as to why - called billing and they solved my issue in under 90 seconds (by retracting the charges that the Madison branch erroneously charged). Never using Hertz ever again.

Best place in town when it comes to renting cars! Reasonably priced...and they dont force you to get stuff you dont need; only tell you all you need to know but not trying to trick you into signing up for unnecessary services.. Shamika and her staff are pretty cool and kind... They went out of their ways to give me a ride back to a much longer distance than they would  normally do, because it was raining... ! I appreciated a lot...
Everybody in need of a rental car, consider this place first.. it's on 5015 Madison Ave, Sacramento...
