The entire rental process was easy and quick. I did check in online and went straight to my car. The staff in the garage directed me to the rows of cars I could choose from when I entered the garage. The return process was fast and painless.

Friendly agent; got to select car we wanted.  Good opportunity to "test drive" a Ford Hybrid.  Finding "car return" at airport was a bit awkward but only partly due to construction at location.  Will likely rent from Alamo in the future.

I flew in after midnight -- was worried about help and service -- but had no problems - the choice of car was easy. An the return could not of been easier. Thanks Alamo

Arriving on a Saturday into Minneapolis there was no line at the counter.  I rent from Alamo often and have always had good experiences.   The agent was quick , helpful and friendly and got me on my way in a nice car.
