Could not have been more helpful.  I spaced on topping off the tank before dropping off the car although it was was very close to full and remembered as I was handing off the keys.  Was willing to go back out and take care of it but they said "well catch you next time".  Nothing like good customer service!

This post is for ALL of Enterprise, this just so happens to be the place I retested. 
Car renter since late 70's, used you when you began, have tried many times to see if it's any better. It's not.
I remember at lease dozen times corp has contacted me for our input, been same thing from beginning.
We know of no one who likes to stand in line at the counter to be told to stand in line at the cars to wait for someone to go thru the 'speak', to then again in many airports to wait in line to get out (having to show ID for 2nd time).
The other thing is we normally rent 'full size', most always have to wait for 'one' or there is only 'one', no choice. Most your cars are low end with few options. We're offered lesser car, we counter with, "will take any 'big' gas hog you have that is problem renting". Seldom does this work with you. But if we want to pay more, than we can.
Seems our time is of little value to you. Over the years been little to no change to this. 
So, again, we will step away. Yes we know you are part of National, usually one of the most expensive rental cars. Yes we have a corp account with them also.
You are sure to post some 'speak' in reply to this, about how sorry you are and all our option and changes you claim, but at the end of it, nothing changes.

I wish the agents at check-in could see my profile and realize I rent from that location a couple/few times a month, and that I rent weekly from Enterprise. It makes me feel that you do not know me or appreciate my loyalty. Also, I had over 200 rental nights last year, yet you NEVER offer complimentary upgrades because I choose "full size" cars. 
You have many robots that work for your company. 
I am re-thinking my rental car options.

Tried to charge me an extra 200 dollars from the price I was shown online. When I asked why, I was told it was a deposit. I was NOT using my debit card. I only had enough then to cover 1 week of my 2 week business trip. No one would answer the phone at the counter when I tried to extend the rental. I returned it and am now renting through Avis/Budget.

Overall friendly atmosphere and staff is willing to help with your every need. I was in and out very quickly with no problems. However, the the price was almost double what I was quoted online. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
