Great experience, knowledgeable staff, ease of the rental process, and the lowest price around! What more could you ask for in service today. With all of the fast paced too busy for the customers today in our society it was refreshing to have such a great experience.

I rented a car on Friday September 4th for a trip to perform a wedding in Lowel Mass, when i arrived I was greeted by Mr. Edward Williams who is very knowledgable about the cars in the fleet he maintains. I was explained the vehicles operations and was quite pleased with his knowledge. To Mr. williams I was not just a customer but someone that he wanted to make sure was all set when it came to the vehicle. I also like the ease of being able to check in and get going quickly. The whole staff were very friendly and kind. I explained to Mr. Williams that I will be taking another trip next week and will definately return to rent again. I have rented from Budget before however this has been my best experience by far. Thank you
