I purchased a used 2017 Ford Flex limited and it was a very nice experience—and I love the car! The dealer had a great price and everyone was very nice to work with. I went here for the first time because they were near to a lot of other car dealers. However I was pleasantly surprised by how they were not pushy. 
When I walked in, no one pounced on me, but when I looked around, someone asked if they could help me. Nathan, who ended up helping me was nice, honest with his feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of the cars we were looking at, and competitor’s cars.
When I came to pick up my car, they honored the price for my trade, even though they hadn't seen my van yet, and the monthly payment ended up being lower than they had promised.
I was introduced to the service team while Nathan moved everything over from our old car to our new car--even remembering the EZ-Pass that I forgot. 
I had a few questions post purchase and always got prompt responses.

The only dealership I will ever use. All departments (sales, service and parts) make your experience very pleasant. I wish I would have discovered them sooner. Dan Tucker and Ed Smith are incredible employees.

Tommy was great from the moment I stepped in the door.  No detail was left unattended.  I love the Escape.  I brought the car back for standard service and Darren personally took care of my needs.  They have been highly professional especially when, as a woman, I am used to being dismissed and talked down to.  I feel respected, valued and listened to when I am there!

Ryan Ercholi really did me right.  I purchased a F-150 and had problems when I was driving it.  The service department made good on that.  Thank you!
