We have been boaters for the last 50 years. We sold our boat and decided to buy an RV. After much research we picked on the Wilkins dealership. It had the model we wanted. WE arrived at the dealership with no idea of what was involved.. We hooked up with Mike Sullivan who answered all our questions as honestly as he could. There was an RV in bath that fit our needs and it was brought to Rochester. We were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted in the RV and more questions were answered. After a test drive we decided to purchase it. We were then introduced to Shannon Wolfanger. What a phenomenal person. She worked out a deal for us that was remarkable. She walked us through all the paperwork and described all the options. There was never any pressure to purchase options, just information. After signing all the paperwork we left the dealership very satisfied and happy. I am sure we will have a good relationship in the future.

We had a wonderful time last weekend at the first annual vintage travel trailer show sponsored by and held at Wilkins RV in Churchville, New York.  We brought our 1985 U-Haul CT, a 13-foot fiberglass vintage RV, and so many people seemed to love it.  The management and staff did a fabulous job in creating an event filled with fun, entertainment, great food, and amazingly welcoming hospitality.  We hope that they will be holding the event year after year.  Thank you so much to everyone at Wilkins RV!  We so enjoyed meeting so many nice people!

We had a fantastic experience at Wilkins.  Our salesperson was Matt.  He wasn't pushy at all. He spent about 3 hours with us showing us everything that he thought we would be interested in.  We found the perfect camper.  Shannon in finance was terrific, as was Nate who took us through our walk-through and Kayla who showed us around the store.  Don't hesitate to check out this wonderful place!!

Great experience. Salesman Mike Flair was down to earth and not pushy at all. We took  our time without feeling pressured. Matt did our walk through for delivery and was very helpful. Someone from sales greeted us to show us the store side of things and gave us a discount that day on anything we purchased. Great experience over all. Highly recommend.

I bought a used travel trailer from Wilkins and they detailed it like I was buying a new trailer. They spent a lot of time showing me the operation and all the features, all questions were answered and my overall experience was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They have on new customer for life.
