Not a bad place at all. Staff is very friendly. Very knowledgeable. I was even offered some water (in a water bottle! classy). The paperwork was covered by insurance and I was in and out in no time.

The only complaint I have is the car. I do know that it was the only car that insurance could offer. Very small, dirty (stains on the seats), and smelled of smoke every time I opened the door. The smell cleared out in about 5-10 minutes after airing it out, but it always came back each time I got into the car. It is a rental after all. I almost spent my own money to wash it. The car is white and it almost looked like someone went offroading with it. Can't say much about the other cars but the one that I drove, it could definitely be cleaner.

I do want to thank the staff for setting everything up for me. Thanks!

The service provided was by the rep Ryan remarkable! He remained engaged during our conversation and completed the transaction swiftly. To top things off,  he even remembered me from another rental transaction and location that took place many months prior. Now that is exemplary customer service!

This is a great place to grab a car for those quick trips to 5 hours away and back. If you sign up online you can save 5%. I only wish I had known about that sooner. All in all a great place for great cars!

Staff very helpful.  I wanted a full sized SUV- my choice was a Ford Edge, which I don't believe is a full sized.  It smelled so strongly of smoke that I couldn't drive it.  I had to pay more to drive an expedition which also smelled like smoke.  I needed a GPS which would not find my destination.  Luckily I was able to use my son's.  I did get reimbursed for it.

The enterprise on West Ridge rd. Was very unpleasant. The supervisor was too intelligent and treated me in a discriminate way. I will never shop with them again. Especially that location and I was told that I had no choice but to wait til they were ready to drop us off
