While I can say I've had more good than bad encounters w/Hwy29:
I'd like to say that *Tim & *Rachel went above and beyond to satisfy their customer "Me!" 
It's been an pleasurable experience in all the chaos of a fraud/waste & abusive accident... and I really appreciate you both.

Excellent service, friendly people. A free upgrade would've been nice... since my company that I work for uses Enterprise all the time. Looking forward for more memorable trips.

This location left alot to be desired, I have Platinum status with Enterprise. Saying this they gave my SUV away that I had reservations for? Then after a long wait gave us a suv that smelled horrible. Not very friendly, then argued with me over the insurance coverage that I didn't need. The the only good service we received was from the shuttle driver that picked us up, he was very kind.

The service was great! Diego was really friendly and I like how professional the employees dress.
The car I rented , a Ford Escape, well it sucks and I wouldn't buy it. That's not their fault, lol.
