Very happy with the service.  Eric and Greg went out of their way to help us out!  Doesn't happen often these days that people actually care enough to spend their time finding a good deal for people in need.  It mattered, and they were wonderful!  Very much appreciated and highly recommended.

We reserved a car at 9am which that is the time they open on Sunday's but no one showed up until after 10. Awful will never use Budget again.

Very unhappy with this place. We booked a reservation for a mini van months in advance. When we got there they showed us a car and not a mini van and told us to take the car up to midway to get the van. They put us in a tight spot. I will never go to this location again.

Workers are very rude and unprofessional.. I returned my rental early and come to find out that the worker did not document it. So I received a letter stating that I was going to be charged for the additional days! How hard is it to do your job? All they had to do was check the rental back in and they couldn't even do that! I am very disappointed with the service and this location is in Chicago Ridge. Even more disappointing!
