Rented a truck for 2 days and received a confirmation phone call from the guy. Not even 20mins later I received anothe phone call from uhaul scheduler. The guy who runs this location LIED to the scheduler of uhaul stating a scheduling conflict and moved my truck to another location. The guy who runs this location does not know how a confirmation and appointment works. If i was able to give a zero star for this location, i would. Will NEVER rent from uhaul again and will be telling every person in this neighborhood not to as well as i live in hickory.
