I am a loyal customer for over 15yrs.
They treat me like family.
Will not rent anywhere else.
Only one complaint...wondering why I don’t get email confirmations anymore.
Also Chicago offices need more vehicle rentals. They are often all taken.

I'm a regular customer of the Alsip Enterprise, largely due to the excellent customer service from Dan, the branch manager. I used to select the least expensive rental car from whatever agency was cheapest. One time I arrived at Budget in Tinley to pick up a car I reserved, and there was no car. One call to Dan and he set me up on the spot and I've been an Enterprise customer ever since.

My father who is a senior citizen was treated the worst treatment by Enterprise Manager DAN DURKIN located on 12055 S. Cicero, Alsip, IL, US, 60803. Using discrimination contents against my father and rejecting him from renting a car stating that the reservation was under your son's name and he's not allowed to rent from us because he have a balance of $137.50.

I've been a customer and a loyal member for a long time, in fact I carry the gold membership  which means I've given Enterprise my business and spent over $5000 renting cars in the past 5  month,  yet i reserve a car for m,y father and he gets refused because they are holding $137.50 that I was not even notified about.

Note, This was a dispute that was made back in October 2017 and till today i made an agreement with the damage and recovery unit to settle the account and have never been rejected a rental, and for the fact I have a reservation set up to pick up from Houston,Texas on the 18th of April with no issues.
This manager rejected my father even when he told him to forget about my son's reservation, stating " just place it under my name please " however the Manager still refused to release a car.
In what country do we live in to reject a senior citizen!!! I am going to court with this if i don't get a apology or enterprise will be hearing form my attorney.

I enjoyed the staff  service, he made sure  I had everyI needed  and check out the car and made sure I had a car brush. Brought the car back  and I got the same good service. Thanks for your service.
