The THREE STARS is given for the overall process of making the reservation, through getting and returning the car - I got the car I reserved and used it unencumbered for the period stated and returned it when done. That's basically what I paid for and did. However, If I were to rate the individual aspects of the process I would give ONE STAR to the woman who received me at the facility and signed me through to getting the car. I would give THREE STARS for the time I waited to get waited on when picking the car up. I would give ONE STAR for how long it took me to get through the paperwork upon returning the car and ONE STAR for how long I had to wait to be served when returning the car. I give the car itself FIVE STARS for being clean and mechanically sound. I did not like the car at all, but that's no one's fault - it ran well and was clean. Lastly I give FIVE STARS to MORGAN, a woman I dealt with intermittently because I kept extending my reservation. She was exceptionally nice, as well as efficient and friendly.

Location was very accommodating, I requested a specific model mini-van with third row that stored in back. They were able to make that happen very easily even with it being such a busy weekend (Easter weekend). The first model we were shown though wasn't cleaned out so we couldn't have a black van. Second one was clean and ready to go off the lot. I also forgot my sunglasses in the holder, I called the morning after we had dropped it off and they found my sunglasses and I was able to pick up after work. Very pleased with the service there today.

Customer Service: was awesome. The people were quick and helpful. Aaron was very helpful and continued to help me while i was trying to find a utlility bill, spending two hours multi tasking with me and other customers. You can tell the employees are constantly moving and drained but trying to keep the spirit up. Corporate: Things to improve this location 1.) higher two more employees ( there was trash all on the floor and a long line ) which is not the current employees fault due to the busyness there. 2.) on the website inform customers that they would need a master credit card or a debit card with a utility bill and maybe have a confirm button that they read it ( will help customers be prepared and decrease the chance of a line ) I'm no specialist in business but I have worked in retail and the simple changes help in the long run.

When I travel to Chicago, I always rent from the Enterprise location on Southwest Highway. The staff is always friendly and professional. Special recognition should be given to Joe Nash, as he recently went above and beyond to ensure that I received optimum service from this location. Due to his professional demeanor and willingness to satisfy the customer, I make it a priority to rent from this location when I am in town. Thanks Joe for a job well done!

I had an incredible experience with the nice gentlemen at this location. The person that I rented the car from was extremely friendly and wasn't rushing me even though I got there at closing time (so he would have been within his rights). Every customer was treated with respect and kindness. Mark, who I returned the car with was also extremely friendly and accommodating. I'll have to come back to this location again soon - by far the best rental experience I've had!
