The staff is very kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your car rental service happen even if it’s short notice. They make you feel like family. I couldn’t be happier and the cars are always clean and ready to go

I watched the employees treat customers disrespectfully trying to get extra money from them. One man said his insurance covered him for rentals so he didn't need their coverage. They told this well-dressed man "We have to call your ins to verify". Never saw that before at any rental. Another man told them his corporate card covered him. They asked him to take theirs instead. These people do not operate like other Enterprise locations. They have no kindness, no customer service and no integrity.  The two people there behaved like utter sharks. Stay completely away.
