Had a horrible experience with this U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. It happened few months back. I placed an order through on the website a week ahead for the truck. The day I actually were moving and got people to help, I get there on the scheduled time and not only the guy was sleeping behind the desk, and when he finally got back to his senses he told me the truck was rented out and he will have it in few hours. I checked back every hour while looking for any truck in the area It was Saturday so I found none. Finally he got back to me and told me that he won't have the truck available for me. Luckily, I was able to borrow a pick-up truck from my uncle and somehow manage to move all the items. The whole day was just a mess, U-Haul gave me a full refund and I hope they had a talk with him, cause it seems that he doesn't know what he's doing.

Terrible business, avoid!!!!!!! The rented damaged truck to me, I ended up loosing person items, and UHaul didn't care, I had to get a lawyer involved and now a three year case for them to take responsibility.

This place is also R&S Auto Repair. Terrible, terrible. Typical polish gypsy place. Knows how to place the order, but has no clue or willingness to complete it.
