Poor service.  Multiple reservations that they failed to honor.  Made the excuse that other customers didn't return the cars.  DO NOT depend on them... they will fail you.

Lisa was very nice and professional. I made reservations online and when I got to Enterprise in Eunice, Ms Lisa was waiting for me. Awesome job!!!! And the return was good, the young man was very nice and professional. Thanks Enterprise crew!!!!

I called and left a voicemail after hours because I left a very important item in the rental that I had just dropped off. No one called be back during business hours, so I decided to call them again. The "manager," OCTAVIA, told me that there is NO WAY to check voicemails and that my item was not in the lost and found. I left the item on the front passenger side floorboard, so I KNOW that it was found. Then she tells me the car is already rented so she will call the current renter and ask. She has an attitude problem and this makes me even more frustrated and I begin to get angry, so SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I filed a complaint with the regional manager, but if this is how she treats all of the customers, she should be fired! Not only was she rude to me today, she was also VERY rude to both my mother and I the day we rented the car!

I called to rent a vehicle right away and the lady said they only had 1 vehicle on their lot. I asked how much it would cost for the day and she said “$79”. So asked for someone to pick me and my family up 2 blocks down the road immediately. Let me remind you that it is pouring rain and cold and I have to load 3 car seats. As soon as I get to the office to pay for the vehicle that she told me would cost me $79 she forgot to tell me that she would need an additional $250. Needless to say I had to unload 3 car seats with my family in the cold pouring rain. She was very unprofessional when it came to informing customers about the product they would be receiving with prices. Enterprise should have a “refresher school” for the employees that cannot seem to give ALL information to potential Customers. I am only giving 1 star for the Meir fact that I could not post this review without it.

Rented a car. Care was dirty in side n outside so waited for them to wash it. Smell like smoked inside but I needed to get going. The place in Eunice went there in the morning the floors was dirty n leaves on floor like the never clean it the night before.
