Rep was good that I delt with. Wish they would keep the Manuel in car. I got a car with a feature called auto stop. And at first I thought the car was breaking down on me. Every time the car would come to a complete stop the engine would cut off.

We ended up renting not one but two cars At Enterprise from Air Port and In Lake Charles Local.  It was nice to have them available when we landed and the next day when we needed.  I did learn this trip that they will accept the car back at another location if there is a medical emergency and also that if you need to drive the car elsewhere to drop  off (with a fee attached).  The only drawback was the local business had time restrictions that they were open and no drop box in case I could not get in there at their time.  Other than that they were very  accomadating.

The employees here are complete idiots! Little snobs that don't understand the first thing about customer service nor do they have any business sense! Over a month to receive a refund on a rental paid by an insurance company, manager too busy to handle the issue. I would suggest to go to another location!!!

We recently rented a van from Enterprise to drive from Lake Charles, LA. to Pittsburg, PA.  The whole rental experience was great;  from obtaining upfront rental rates, to the professional service given at the L.C. rental office, to the quality of the van rented, the overall experience was exceptional!
