Please do not come to this location seeing as the professionalism and cleanliness of the rental car I was given was absolutely atrocious!  Requested a car Sunday May 14, 2017- Saturday May 20, 2017 and I got there early to do paper work  (which is usually more than 2 pages...) and inspect the car (which he did not). I took an uber and got there right at 10am. I was not greeted by the African American man behind the desk so I did it for him... First off, I chose a car online for a reason... when I got there he gave me something else. I personally showed him what I ordered and he still gave me a diff car from the one I ordered?? He was rude as could be. He didn't talk... I had to MAKE HIM SPEAK ?? Um okay. Then he gives me keys and doesn't even look at the car with me after only initialling 5 lines and two signatures... I asked him to explain the charges and he couldnt, didnt, and wouldn't. He just pointed with his finger? THE FORD I ORDERED WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR HE GAVE ME THE KEYS FOR. REAL F***ING DIRT BAG! The car FILTHY!!!! sticky, not washed, not vaccummed out, seats were stained, dashboard had drops of god knows what. My passenger gets into the car, seat doesn't even go back....very very disappointed even if the price was low. I even called corporate I was so appalled with the way I was treated and how when I order something and I pick it out that's what I expect.

The staff was excellent at this location. Very friendly & helpful.  We ended up bringing our rental back 1 day earlier because we got home early. I had no problems with returning it.  The office could be a little a nicer, but the area that their in there's not a lot of room for expanding.  I would definitely rent from them again.

The customer service, vehicle cleanliness and price at the Birmingham, Michigan Budget cannot be beat.  We have been renting our travel vehicles from this Budget for five years now and have never been unsatisfied.  They go out of their way to ensure a clean vehicle!

This was the easiest, most efficient car rental experience I've ever had. Staff was nice, car was clean, price was extremely affordable. Highly recommend!
