Worst experience renting a car.  I rented a 2014 Malibu for 5 days at the rste of $275, which was "a great deal."  I had no problem reserving the car and putting a deposit down.  Once my wife and I arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were not greeted or acknowledged.  Waited for 45 minutes with out being helped.  Needing to leave for our holiday trip, we asked for s refund and were swiftly and rudely denied.  We left and went to enterprise where we were treated with respect.  We received a 2017 jeep Cherokee for 7 days at a rate of $269.  I have rented cars on multiple occasions through other companies.  I usually rent from enterprise and will do so in the future.  Waiting to see if we will receive our refund.  I will post either way.

Shaun and the rest of his team were incredible! Their service was top notch and the prices were great. Best of all the vans we rented worked perfectly. I have recommended this place to many and will continue to do so!

Rented a 15 passenger van for a family vacation. The van we were told we would get was broken down.  The one we were given the TV fell while driving, defrost barely worked, we couldn't go over 60mph without the van rocking. We also found a 20% coypon on yelp and they wouldnt offer it

I would recommend this car rental place to everyone.  They make everything easy and fast for me. Clean and new vehicles
