Executive Car Rental is a Michigan based company that's exponentially growing! We have the ability to service all of your rental needs. Our fleet consists of compact cars to full size and premium vehicles, with a few great luxury and exotic options as well. This place has been great to work with every time I have needed a rental. The only reason I didn't give them a "five-star" review is that there was nobody there this past Monday morning when I went to rent a car from them! But I'm sure they'll get that sorted out. Good people, good cars, good prices. No gimmicks.

This was the worst experience I have ever had.  I first reserved the car online but they said they did not have that specific car that I already paid for and had to rent a different one - one that was 50 dollars more expensive a day. I accepted and moved forward, hoping this would be the only problem (it was not).  I hopped in my car and drove to Grand Rapids (3 hours away).  I wake up with a voicemail from Executive Car Rental saying the car they rented me had a recall on brake lines.  I called the rental office back and they asked they I spend my day driving back to Royal Oak and then back to Grand Rapids (a total of 6 hours of my time) - when I only had 2 days there.  I suggested that I uber around for the next day and drive the car back to minimize the driving but also not spend my whole day driving.  I should be compensated for my ubers if I am not able to drive the car though.  I was not compensated for anything.  I was paid for a product that I could not use because my safety was at risk.  I want to be very clear - if I am not able to use a product I paid for, I expect that I would be compensated.  If I was given a product that put my safety of me at risk, I would expect an employee and the company responsible would be attentive and take care of this situation.  Each employee claimed that a manager would be contacting me for a FULL MONTH.  No one contacted me.  No compensation was given for the ubers (or even the rental that I paid for) and they rented me a car that HAD A RECALL ON BRAKE LINES.  Now it has been over a month later and I still have not heard back from anyone at Executive Car Rental regarding this problem.  This was hands down the worst experience I have had with any company.

The guy who took care of me was nice but I have been here for over an hour, one guy working.. a million calls are being made to authorize my rental that another company is paying for because they do not know what is going on. Every 10 minutes the guy has to stop and take care of someone else because he is the only one here. So, do not waste your time. Very disappointed.

I had an awesome experience from the time I called to reserve my vehicle, as I picked up and returned my vehicle. The environment is one I've never experienced in a Rental setting. It is absolutely Beautiful and comfortable inside. I'm most thankful for their patience. It was the end of their work day and they waited for me because I was running behind.
