I had a wonderful experience with this location. I will definitely revisit this location if I want to rent a car. The prices are affordable. The free pick-up and drop-off ride services are fabulous. Although they did not answer the phone when I was calling them many times to request a pick-up ride, they immediately gave me a free upgrading for my next rental once I informed them. This is how great people can gain the trust of the customer and make them happy!
However, this time I changed the review rate a little bit because I rented another car today, but I'm not satisfied with it at all. They gave me a dirty car with wet seats. There was a strong bad smelling in the car that I could not handle it. I was supposed to rent it until tomorrow. But I return it one day earlier since the bad smelling really annoyed me to go out with this car. Probably, I won't rent from this location again. BTW, the car was full size Hundai. Do not ever accept that if they give you that car! It was horrible!

I normally am a fan of this Enterprise location. With that being said, I am not certain if that will be the case anymore. This past weekend I went to pick up a rental, the reservation for which I had made online, and was informed that the class of vehicle I had requested was not available and I would have to pay an additional cost if I wanted to rent a vehicle from another class. I informed the counter person, that I had never heard such a thing from  Enterprise. Whenever I have rented in the past the reservation price has always been honored, regardless of the availability of the class of vehicle reserved. The counter person  was unwavering in his position, so we left and went to a different rental company. If this is a new policy I will not return, and if it is not than some of the staff need additional training.

The economical compact car on my confirmed reservation was not available and was substituted with a gas burning 4 door, 4 wheel drive pickup truck. 
The truck was dirty inside and out. I didn't really care about the outside but the interior was so dirty I could write my name in the dirt on the dashboard. The carpet looked like it had never, ever been vacuumed.  
The staff were all polite and courteous.

After being  disappointed with oNE Enterprise location, my husband and I tried another location and we were extremely pleased.
First of all we were greeted with enthusiasm upon entering the store.  The all male facility was charming as each gentlemen took the time to acknowledge the presence of my husband and I.  They sensed our frustration and proceeded to do everything to restore our confidence in Enterprise.  
Since 2014 I have rented solely from Enterprise and up until the day my usual store disappointed me and failed to have the "van" I  need to take children to view Christmas lights.

Thanks and a huge "shoutout" to these fine gentlemen ......I only wish there store was nearby my husband and I would most certainly make their location our "go to" in the future.........nothing makes your rental experience better that having g your rental needs met......good relationships  that how I like doing business.  I am loyal to Enterprise...these young men made me feel like they were loyal to my husband and I and that means everything.
