Where do I start this place has two great people Jeff and Rebecca the guy named Mark you don't want to deal with him. He has F#£%! Up my rental and ran my credit. Even though this time I prepay this month on the car.  I and my lovely wife have been renting from Budget for id say 5yrs so they know us.  I couldn't get my car and then they want you to wait 5-7 business days b4 I get 430 back.  Id would let this slide eventhough we have been loyal customers but he has been a problem each time we have had a problem. I know this us not the only family that has he has reeked havoc on, this man needs to be moved or fired I honestly think he steals money.

I would not return to this budget rental car.  The manager Renae?  was rude to my Grandmother with her attitude, tone of voice and bitterness.  I will not stand silent when people are being rude to seniors.  She is 83 years old and can not hear that well.

The employees at Budget rental car on Dixie Hwy in Waterford are some of the rudest and most unprofessional that I have encountered.  The manager (Renee?) made us wait during a personal call she was having right at the front counter.  She then continued that same rude hospitality through the rest of the rental process.  It felt like she was annoyed by customers and wished they would go away and never return?  I suggest you rent from a different company or location.

We were very satisfied with our rental from this agency. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. The vehicle we were given was clean, had low miles and appeared well maintained. Our last rental in Waterford prior to this (NOT from Budget), was a disaster. The car had high miles, bad tires and many little issues. We will go back to this Budget location next time.
