Location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 16-foot truck was in great condition and easy to drive. The only problem was the middle seat in the cab. This should NEVER qualify as a third passenger seat! We took turns sitting in the middle and it was miserable! The seat is very narrow, straight, and hard. The headrest forces you to lean forward. There is NO WAY this is safe or acceptable for any passenger. We believe this is a serious design flaw and highly suggest a review of this matter. We would not advise others to rely on having a third seat. Advertising this vehicle as "three passenger" is extremely misleading!

Prices are unbeatable, nice car with great gas mileage, and the staff was prompt and friendly.

We love renting from this location. Great people. Nice to see the same faces when you go in. That says alot. Good cars. Staff is so nice.

I dont even want to give this 1 star. It was a prepaid reservation for me. but when i picked my car they said their computer is not pulling data that it was prepaid. and when i returned my car they said they see that the reservation is prepaid but I got charged again. They asked me to cal to cuntomer care. Its worst. its been 3 weeks, they said they are gonna refund but still i didnt get my money back.

☆☆ Best Automotive Rental Agency In NWA that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. All of the rental agents are very polite & fast with whatever task you throw at them. Even if they are busy or short handed, they make sure you are fully satisfied. The vehicle's are ALWAYS very clean & free of any odors. They have a wide variety of different cars to choose from, top of the line quality. I trust this business & it's procedure for maintaining a thriving company. Enjoy all the employee's, They treat me like family.
