I have had a great experience through this Enterprise in Bentonville! All of the employee's are extremely friendly and helpful and very well trained! They definitely know what they are doing and are seriously ON THE BALL. They work great as a team here. They give you no hassle and I definitely reccomend this Enterprise to anyone. Also, the car was very very nice, well taken care of, and very clean and smelled and felt brand new. Great experience overall!

"Glitch" caused the system to run a sale instead of a refund when we returned our car early. I love looking $200 more than I expect all at once. Best part is I don't get it back for 48 hours. Never dealing with Enterprise again.

Pros:
They did pick me up
They tried to accommodate my requests, it was bad but they tried, I give them that.

Cons:
They “upgraded” the reserved car at my expense. They gave me more expensive version of what I asked, and charged accordingly. They did not allow me to choose the car, just gave this.
This “upgrade” was downgrade in fact. I ordered specific model for a reason, I needed to fit in the wheelchair. The car they gave me did not have enough space on thee back so, I needed to collapse rear seats.
This “upgraded” version called for more expensive fuel. 
Customer service guys were more than slow, I needed to repeat questions several times for them to understand.

Overall: disappointed. They forced me to pay more than calculated at booking, did not accommodate with the car I needed and worked with me but VERY slow.

In the past I would of given this location 5 stars but the past 4 rentals have been a nightmare. Upon return this time the salesman knew I was disappointed asked if there was anything they could do to keep my business. Being so disappointed I honestly do not know what he could offer to make the issues be better. I do not know if we will continue to use Enterprise or go elsewhere, there are other choices in town.

We had to get a rental car due to ours being in the shop for repairs. The staff were very professional and attentive. We loved the car but the outside was pretty dirty and the inside, while clean, smelled bad, like B.O. The outside not being clean may have been due to the extreme cold weather. It's hard to go through a car wash in below freezing temperatures.
