I have given this BK so many chances due to being near by and 24 hours. Out of my 10 separate visits, i have not gotten a single order correctly made… I am not exaggerating. Don’t waste your time. This has been an issues since they opened, and it’s obvious the workers aren’t changing nor does management know what to do to fix it. Fries are never fresh even though they take about 10 times as long to fulfill an order than every other fast food place. You’ll never get sauce for your sides even if you tell them when you order unless you get your bag and ask them directly after getting your food after a 35 minute wait. And to emphasize even with long wait, your food won’t be fresh nor warm. It will be stale and cold. I just don’t get how it can be so bad EVERY TIME. MONTHS APART. And I don’t understand the point of their management. Plenty of other places on 27th st. Don’t waste your money.
Got home and all 3 Whoppers were incorrect, they were ordered dry and all had mayo on them. Drive thru took longer than usual.
I love that this BK is open 24/7 ... late night munchies...and a whooper with bacon and cheese always hits the spot... I love the onion rings dipped in the zesty sauce... there is a on going debate on who has the best fries in my household of 8 between McDonald’s or BK ... BK is winning! I also love the heresy pie!!!!! Customer service is fast and efficient... always fresh food and correct order! Definitely somewhere we go when in a clutch for a fast dinner!
No one in the parking lot. No one in the restaurant. But I still waited 10mins before anyone took my order. The order was 2 Whooper meals with no ketchup. They gave me 2 Impossible Burgers with mayo, mustard, onion, Pickles and cheese. The fries were Cold. I should've looked at the reviews for this place. Never again. AVOID.
The employees that I actually had face-to-face interaction with were good. The manager quickly fixed my issue. But I would give negative stars if possible, for whoever had the audacity to make this whopper w/ cheese only mayo. I couldn't even worry that our fries were cold.Food: 1/5
Omg! The breakfast is worse. Who puts salt on eggs especially when you have a sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Dummies the sausage is already salted why put salt in the eggs. Please stop with the salt on the eggs. I'm shared to buy a whopper it might have to much salt. I'll drive to 124 and capital before I buy anything from hereFood: 1/5
This burger King is getting better. Use to suck, but the employees aren't lazy anymore the food doesn't suck anymore, the service is much faster than it use to be.Food: 5/5
You pay $10 for a double whopper and you get a $5 whopper . Absolutly ridiculas never again will I spend another $1 in this place .Food: 1/5
If you like to play roulette, this Burger King is for you! Doesn’t matter how much you spend you’ll never know what you’ll actually get at the window : be expecting two trips through the drive through minimumFood: 1/5
One of the people there put more effort into getting through the line then hearing what the order was. He ended up giving me 2 Whoppers for free and still the order was wrong, though if he had listened to me the 1st time I would have gotten the right food and done faster. If he had listened at the register, he would have had a happy customer and only called out a order #, but instead he had a customer that had to get his and another workers attention 4 times to get a passable set of things for my order. The food is still good at this location so I'll still come in, the next time I'll have it right or aim for refund.
