This Burger Ring proved to be one of the best I have had in Orlando. Everything was fresh and made exactly how we ordered it. I decided to review a BK because lately all the Burger Kings I have been to these past years have been disappointing and I use to go to BK all the time. Great job to the staff and management! Will definitely drive out of the way a little bit to come to this one.
Pull up to box to place order it's was not working so I pulled to window when I came lady with braids and glass I tried go explain the box not working she says to me I kept saying hold on I said ma I couldn't here you say nothing she then says What would you like I'm busy I will never stop to this rude place
Order all this food on doordash just to come to me cold I even called the restaurant and the manager had a bad attitude cuz I said I want all my food fresh I see why they don't have no customers Burger King have went down bad if you going to order on doordash please don't order from this Burger King cuz your food going to come cold like mine did
Every time I come here the average wait time for my order is 10 minutes, defeats the purpose of “fast food” don’t you think?! And how I’m I paying 14$ for a whopper meal nowadays smh Quick update, it’s officially been 20 minutes in drive through…………. No wonder Burger King stores are closing all over!
No way to leave once you're in the drive thru Was attacked by a homeless guy before I could placed my order! I was forced to pull ahead due to the situation being escalated and being in fear of serious damage to my car or myself. I waited in a drive thru that I couldn't leave for 25 mins. I finally get to the window and informed the lady of the situation. Once I explained to her what happened She brushed it off and asked "what's my order ?" after punching a few buttons she informs me that she couldn't take my order! There's no way to delete the order behind me Then presented my options which were to drive back around where the homeless guy was and place my order or leave ....which I would of done 25 mins ago if this place had an exit lane. Need a zero star option!!!! PUT IN A EXIT LANE it's not safe here
On 1/17/2023 at 1:30 pm me and my co worker attempted to get food from your establishment. I stood at the front counter for over 10 mins there was two people in your lobby and one car in the drive thru area I looked. I was not greeted acknowledged we were just trying to get lunch while we were working down the road. I feel that I was not served or spoken to because we were the only white folks in the building. I'm not impressed with your work crew
Went through the drive through order a whopper Jr with cheese meal. Got home hamburger was cold and bun was hard. I tried calling no one answered the phone. Poor Service.
I literally waited for a drive tru service like 30-45 min in the middle of the line with 3 cars behind and 3 cars In front. With a 95 degree and gas expensive. Services get worse. I will not ever come back to this Burger King location ever….
Rude staff members, you'll wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes atleast.Food: 2/5
